if wlay bench to do the bench press.. then go for push-ups..
but ug imo bench press purteng gaana.. mas maayo pa nag push-up ka..

then.. if possible do 3-4 types of exercise per body part..
like chest..
imo i develop ang upper, mid, and lower as well as inner.. sa inner kay upper mid and lower pud..
like: flat bench press, inclined bench press, dips, and flyes..
if push up
do inclined push ups, declined push-ups and flat.
hehehe.. ok ra mo share ko bisag unsa for free... pero kung pa train... mao nana naay bayad.. hehehe
