Question:

Im 130 lbs. / 60 Kg. and taking up Weider's Amino 6000,
do i have to continue amino or proceed to
Creatine??

I just joined..

pot..

kung mag Amino ka.. increases ka sa dosage.. estimated nko, correct me if i'm wrong.. 3-6 grms of protein per capsule na cya..
maypa take ka ug Whey Protein or 3 eggs -- 2 egg whites = around 5 grms of protein.. maka save pka..

eat 5-6 meals a day.. para dli mo drop imo metabolic rate as well as keep yourself in anabolic state..
skip one meal.. mo drop to catabolic state ka by chance..

before sleep take in good fats to avoid starvation response sa body..

katong sayo pa unta.. nag creatine unta ka ug una..
Creatine for strength and muscle building.. when taking in creatine, increase sad sa imo sugar, carb(starch and fiber intake)
drink lots of water.. creatine allows your body to absorb more water.

Ayaw kahadlok modako or motambok ka gamay..
Part na sa process..
To gain more muscle, you need to take in the same amount of protein with your body weight.

1grm of protein per lbs of body weight..
per day..

atoang lawas dli ka absorb more protein than our bodyweight, i pangihi rna ang excess or mahimo ug bugas..

upper body nya ako e convert to muscles
