mga gays sa USA are trying to pass such proposition...
and twas jettisoned by the courts...
and knowing that we are behind by USA for 20yrs or more...
passing such law/the implementation of such taboo acts, is still way to early for our country...
im pretty much sure that "gays marrying" wl be the only consequence if evr this idea is passed to congress...
the chasm/divide between the church and gov't wud widen..
and such, dividing the intellect and the religious...
samok na kau na ilang word wars uie....
bxta for me...
it's not only too early for our country to fathom such ideal..
but it is also unconstitutional, un-religious, and still taboo...

| love conquers all lagi.. pero pwede rman nila i conquer and world or whatever without getting married..
gi himo ang marriage rites para sa babaye ug lalaki.. dili para sa lesbo ug gays..
wala man kay ni judge nila.. sobra lang jud na ila gi pangayo..

and if by "rights", ur pertaining to political rights...
then i wud say, not evrybody...
17yrs old and below cnt marry, gays can marry..if they marry a lesbo/a woman...
lesbos can marry, if they marry a gay/a man....
2 gays hu tries to marry, will be withheld by laws...
same goes for 2 lesbos... @mona

wat we are/were trying to clarify is that samesex marriage shudntwudntcudnt be implemented...
it jst goes agenst many laws, not only politically but also religiously...
they can cohabit if they want, but marry?, they cant...

| okay ra. 1. human equality, i think dapat fair tanan. ang law dili ra para sa "straight" people. 2. marriage is the greatest destination of a relationship - which everyone deserves. 3. basic unit kay family.. which is brought about by marriage. 4. financial stability and convenience. last reason.. thinking nga what if i was "gay", i'd probably feel the same way they're experiencing now. being minority.. which is lisod kaayo in any category. it doesn't mean ang majority kay pirmi sakto or pwede sila mu down-grade because of another's beliefs.

2. marriage man gud is a "religion" issue...if u try to compel a belief to go agenst wat it believes it wil only reap ill-feelings...
evry1 deserves marriage, no doubt bout that..but the essential meaning of marriage is the union of man and woman...so if they want to marry, they cud,
but with the opposite sex...
3. if family is brought about by marriage, which is taught by our "religion", wat wud we say about those who ddnt marry but stil consider themselves as a family?wud it be a misnomer calling them a family?question nko is, wat rly is a family??i think subjective ra pod kau ni...we all hav differnt definitions of a family..wat wil be a family to one, won't be to another...so, regarding ani na argument, personal nani...
4. convenience...unxa ni na convenience?..hehe if convenience u mean na, comfortable cla...hw wud marrying rid the scrutiny of ppol man??won't it add to the nuisance??either way, theyll nevr be convenient...
5. hehe..empathetic is gud...but, of course, this is a dog eat dog world...the majority always has the say, it's always how the continuum works...but, xmpre the minority shud also be respected...and it doesnt always mean man na the majority is always right, it just simply means they outnumber the others..no one and i mean no one can strip them of their rights to propose to congress a law implementing samesex marriage, legalizing it, and putting it to practice, and i say just by that, their rights are respected, BUT...no matter how much they cudgel their views, not til many thinks that it is wrong[same sex marriage], it will nevr go through...awa ra gud, if they rly want to push through their beliefs, wudnt it also stepping over the beliefs of others hu thinks it is wrong??
